How can I place the order?
We will send you our signed and stamped contact after all details of the order were confirmed.
What’s payment method you can accept?
We can accept T/T, Paypal, Western Union, Letter of Credit and so on.
How long can I get my sculpture after I place the order?
It usually takes 30-40 days to finish the order. And it usually takes 30 days to the nearest port of your city.
What is your package? If damage happens during the transportation who will be responsible for that?
We use strong wooden crates and metal strips for outside packing. Inside, we use shockproof plastic film to protect the products. In addition, we will buy "all risks" insurance company. If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company will take full responsibility, and we will send you a new sculpture.
Do you supply installation service?
Yes, we can provide very details installation drawing and marked related number on pieces.
About large project we also can send the professional worker to help you if you need.
