As usual, our customers will send us drawings or pictures, but if our customers don’t have detailed drawings, our designers can design drawings or make 3D models, then we will send to our customers, if our customers are not satisfied, we can modify according to the customer's requirements.
Most of our products are customized sculptures, so we usually don’t have statues in stock, we will make clay mould as per customers’ drawing and requirements first, then we will engrave statue after the clay mould confirmed.

All of the stone sculptures and bronze sculptures will be carefully packed before delivery.
Inner packing: Shockproof foam and waterproof plastic film; Outside packing: Strong fumigated treated wooden crates.
We can also package according to your request!
After delivery, we will guide the installation of some special large stone sculptures, especially fountains or fireplaces. we can also arrange the installation team to install on-site if needed.
For some special or large projects, before the project is carried out, our project manager will make a rigorous plan from the aspects of materials, cost, packaging, transportation and so on, and produce in strict accordance with the plan. In every link of the project, we will communicate with customers and give feedback in time until the whole project is completed.
